적용 범위: 살림(Sallim) 제품군 — sallim.app과 그 하위 도메인(realty.sallim.app, contract.sallim.app, eatlog.sallim.app) 및 데이터 블로그(blog.sallim.app/blog). 시행일 2026-09-02(개정: 개통 알림 신청(/notify) 수집 항목 추가 — 이어서 같은 날 희망 도구·기능·희망 가격대 선택지 코드 2건 추가. 직전 개정 2026-08-23 — 실재하지 않는 '이메일 주문' 수집 채널 삭제, 결제는 Creem 카드결제뿐이다).

개인정보처리방침

1. 수집하는 항목과 방법

• 문의: 이메일로 문의하실 때 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 받습니다.
• 카드 결제(contract.sallim.app): 결제는 결제대행사 Creem이 처리하며 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보는 저희 서버에 저장되지 않습니다. 결제 완료 시 결제대행사로부터 이메일 주소와 주문 식별자를 전달받아 이용권 발급·문의 대응에 사용합니다.
• API 키: 발급된 키는 원문이 아닌 단방향 해시(sha256)로만 저장합니다.
• 개통 알림 신청(contract.sallim.app/mcp/notify): 이메일 주소, 선택 입력하신 연락 핸들, 신청 시각과 유입 경로(요금 페이지·도구명), 접속 IP의 단방향 해시를 받습니다. 선택 입력으로 희망 도구·기능과 희망 가격대를 고르실 수 있으며, 고르신 경우 선택지 코드만 남깁니다(자유 서술은 받지 않고, 고르지 않으셔도 신청은 접수됩니다). IP 원문은 저장하지 않습니다. 유료 개통 시 알림 1회 발송과 수요 집계에만 쓰고, 발송 후 또는 신청일로부터 1년이 지나면 파기합니다. 이 창구에서는 이용권을 발급하거나 대금을 받지 않습니다.
• 계약 위저드 입력(contract.sallim.app): 판정에 필요한 사업 개요(직접 입력하는 자유 서술)·계약 유형·추정가격 등을 받습니다. 사업 개요는 품목 분류·설명 생성을 위해 아래 4.의 생성형 AI 처리 위탁사로 전달되며, 판정 기록(입력 요약·적용 룰·판정 결과·세션 식별자)은 오류 진단과 서비스 개선을 위해 남깁니다.
• MCP 도구 호출 기록: 도구명·시각·키 식별자와 함께 호출 인자(검색어 등 질의문, 300자까지)를 남깁니다. 질의문은 아래 4.의 검색 재정렬 위탁사로도 전달되며, 오류 진단과 검색 품질 개선에 사용합니다.
• 제보·피드백: 보내주신 제보 내용, 재현 질의, 직전 도구 호출 기록(도구명·인자 요약), 첨부하신 화면 이미지를 받습니다.
• 자동 수집: 웹서버 접속 기록(IP 주소·접속 시각·요청 경로·브라우저 정보)을 보안, 오류 진단, 사용량 한도 관리 목적으로 남깁니다. 이용 기록에 저장하는 IP는 마지막 자리를 지운 형태(예: 203.0.113.0)이고, MCP 호출 기록에는 원문 IP 대신 그 해시 일부만 남깁니다.
• 방문 통계: 자체 호스팅 분석 도구(umami)로 쿠키 없이 익명 통계만 수집하며, 개인을 식별하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

이용권 발급·유효기간 관리, 문의·환불 대응, 부정 사용 방지, 서비스 개선.

3. 보유·파기

주문·이용권 정보는 이용기간 종료 후 환불·분쟁 대응에 필요한 동안 보관하고, 목적이 다하면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 접속 기록은 서버 운영 주기에 따라 순환 삭제됩니다.

4. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁

개인정보를 판매하지 않으며 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업무를 위탁하며, 네 곳 모두 국외(미국) 사업자입니다 — 결제 처리(Creem), 콘텐츠 전송·보안(Cloudflare), 계약 위저드의 품목 분류·설명 생성(OpenAI, 설정에 따라 Google의 Gemini), 검색 결과 재정렬(Cohere). 생성형 AI·재정렬 위탁사로 나가는 것은 이용자가 입력한 사업 개요·질의문과 그 처리에 필요한 법령·규정 후보 본문이며, 이름· 연락처 등 신원 정보는 결제 처리(Creem) 외에는 전달하지 않습니다.

5. 이용자 권리

본인 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 아래 문의처로 요청하실 수 있으며 지체 없이 처리합니다.

이용약관

1. 서비스의 성격

공공데이터 기반 정보 제공 도구(웹·MCP API)입니다. 투자·법률 자문이 아니며, 정보의 정확성·완전성을 보장하지 않습니다. 이용 판단과 그 결과는 이용자 책임입니다.

2. 이용권

유료 이용권은 기간제(예: 7·30·90일)이며 자동 갱신·자동 청구가 없습니다. 연장은 재구매로 합니다. 키의 공유·재판매는 금지합니다.

3. 환불

결제 오류·중복 결제는 전액 환불합니다. 서비스가 종료되는 경우 잔여 기간을 환불합니다. 환불 문의는 이메일로 받습니다.

4. 금지 행위

서비스 안정성을 해치는 과도한 자동 호출, 원천 데이터의 이용조건을 위반하는 사용.

5. 책임 한계

무료 도구는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 유료 이용권 관련 책임은 결제 금액을 한도로 합니다.

6. 약관의 변경

변경 시 이 페이지에 게시합니다.

Privacy policy

• What we collect: your email address and message when you contact us by email; your email address and order identifier passed to us by the payment processor after a purchase; API keys stored only as a one-way SHA-256 hash; your email address, optional contact handle, submission time, referring page and a one-way hash of your IP when you sign up for a launch notification at /mcp/notify, plus — only if you pick them — an optional tool or feature you would like opened and an optional price range, both stored as closed choice codes (we accept no free text, and leaving them blank still submits the request) (used only to notify you once when paid access opens and to count demand; no license key is issued and no payment is taken there; deleted after the notice is sent, and in any case within one year of signup); what you type into the contract wizard (free-text project description, contract type, estimated price) together with the resulting decision record; MCP tool call logs including the call arguments (your query text, up to 300 characters), tool name, timestamp and key identifier; issue reports you send us (message, reproducing query, the immediately preceding tool calls, and any screenshot you attach); web server access logs (IP address, timestamp, request path, user agent) for security, error diagnosis and rate limiting; anonymous, cookie-less visit statistics via self-hosted umami. IP addresses kept in usage records are truncated (last octet removed); MCP call logs keep only a partial hash instead of the raw IP.
• Card details are never stored on our servers — payments are processed by Creem.
• Purpose: issuing and managing time-limited licenses, handling support and refunds, preventing abuse, improving the service.
• Retention: order and license records are kept while needed for refunds and disputes, then deleted. Access logs rotate on the server's normal schedule.
• Sharing: we do not sell or share personal data with third parties. We use four processors, all located outside Korea (United States): Creem (payment processing), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), OpenAI (product classification and explanation in the contract wizard; Google Gemini where configured) and Cohere (search result reranking). What leaves for AI processing is the project description or query text you entered plus the candidate statute and regulation passages needed to process it — never your name or contact details, which go to the payment processor only.
• Your rights: you may request access, correction or deletion at the contact address below and we will act without delay.

Terms of service

• What this is: an information tool built on Korean public data (web and MCP API). It is not legal advice and we do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Decisions made using it are the user's responsibility.
• Licenses: paid licenses are fixed-term (7 / 30 / 90 days) with no auto-renewal and no recurring billing. Renewal means buying again. Sharing or reselling keys is prohibited.
• Refunds: payment errors and duplicate charges are refunded in full. If the service is discontinued, the unused portion is refunded. Refund requests are handled by email.
• Prohibited use: excessive automated calls that harm service stability, and any use that violates the terms of the underlying public data sources.
• Liability: free tools are provided as is. Liability related to a paid license is limited to the amount paid.
• Changes: any change to these terms is published on this page.
